After receiving your item, you have 30 days to request a return. For your return to be accepted, items must meet the following conditions:
- The product must not have been used or consumed
- You must keep the original labels
- It must be in its original packaging
- It must include the receipt or proof of purchase
Return process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact us by email at info@raizandina.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
- You will receive detailed instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
- Package the product securely and send it according to the instructions provided.
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Important: Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Always contact us before making the shipment.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or you have received an incorrect product, contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable products (opened food or with broken seal)
- Custom or made-to-order orders
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
Product exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
EU right of withdrawal (14 days)
If your shipment is to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To exercise this right, items must be unused, with original labels and in their original packaging. The same return conditions will apply.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
